Spring 2021 - Groveland, Florida
Me and my son loved this trip. The hospitality was undiscribeable! They provided great food with a great lodge. There was no day we were not on turkey action. The scouting that was done in advance was evident. We had a amazing time and we loved it. Thanks Cypress Ridge for our first oceola.
Red Stag hunt
My husband and I just returned from our first preserve experience trip to Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve. We felt this place was a piece of paradise in Central Florida! The opportunity to see such a variety of animals in their habitat everywhere you looked, was breathtaking. We loved everything about our experience.
Jason and Dylan were amazing guides. They were knowledgeable, personable, and professional. They both were so insightful and answered all our questions. They provided a safe environment with a vibrant energy. Even thought it was our first-time hunting, we felt right at home from the get go. The facilities are top notch including the lodging and Jason is a great cook!
We never felt pressure to choose an animal. It took a minute for us to spot the game we wanted, and they were there to guide every step of the way.
We enjoyed every minute of it and the experience exceeded our expectations.

Fallow Deer
My Dad and I were down at Cypress Ridge last weekend and had a great time! The lodging was perfect, food was great, and Jason and Dylan really know how to host. Finished our trip with an incredible fallow deer! If you are looking for an exotic hunt or the chance at a huge whitetail, this is your place! Can’t wait to get back!!
Tower Shoot
Great Day. Thanks Jason and Team for an awesome day full of excitement and challenge. The grounds and team are top notch. From the drive out to the tower to the lunch and just hanging out with drinks after a great day will be a wonderful memory. Can not wait for my next event with you and the team. Tower Shoot
Just finished a tower shoot. My first, so I really don't have another to compare it to, but I can't imagine one being any better. Jason and the guides were friendly, and accommodating. When we arrived, there was pastries, coffee, and sodas, lunch, after the shoot, as well as an open bar. The birds were cleaned, divided, and packaged in small, soft sided, insulated, coolers. I enjoyed my time there, along with my brother, who enjoyed it as well. We were already talking about our next trip there on the way home.

Thank you to Jason (aka Montana), Drew and Dylan for a great weekend Axis Deer hunt at Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve. The crew is professional, dedicated and a complete joy to be around. If you are looking for a great place to hunt in Central Florida then this is your spot. The three bedroom stilt house is like brand new and very comfortable after a day of hunting, fishing and enjoying a cold adult beverage after the big hunt. Loved the beautiful assortment of animals to choose from!!!! Jason was a very nice guide and very informative. The accommodations were very nice, quiet and a great time. Cant wait to go back again!!!!!
Axis Deer hunt
Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve is a utopia for all exotic species of deer and non exotics such as whitetail deer. The quality of deer here is special, and so is the staff. Called Jason 6 months ago to book my trip and he has been awesome the whole way through. My buddy and I tagged out with 2 stud Axis Deer yesterday. Great people, great place, great everything! Highly recommend CRP!

Jason and Dylan were amazing people, they set us up on stud axis deer on our first day and we left with trophies! Great time and very clean place.
I could not have been more impressed. The facility and staff were amazing. Jason was an awesome guide and in my opinion a new friend. I booked this trip with the mindset of harvesting their cheapest trophy for my first managed hunt and ended up adding two, more expensive animals. I will be back shortly.
Did my first Osceola Turkey hunt at Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve earlier this week .My wife accompanied me on this trip . The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were very good and comfortable . My Guide Jason is top notch , he made sure my wife and I were well taking care of during our stay . February 2020 - groveland
I recently relocated back to the Tampa area from Austin, TX. Having done quite a bit of hunting in west and southwest Texas, I was looking for a place here with the quality of exotics I am accustomed to in Texas. After speaking with Jason on the phone while searching for a place to start hunting in Florida, I realized very quickly Jason knew what he was doing and most likely had a great operation to begin our adventures. We scheduled a hunt for February and it was more than was expected. Jason and the team at Cypress Ridge were very cordial and ready for us when we arrived. I must point out the level of organization was very obvious at the onset. I have been on several ranches that severely lacked in this category and our groups did not return to those. The accommodations were very clean and neat, and the food was delicious. As for the hunting, we managed to harvest the animals we came for and the guides worked diligently to get us close to them. I will add the after dinner pig operation was very very fun. The property is beautiful and full of life. Trust me- you will see something in the stand and will likely be surprised by some of their exotics passing by. Jason and the team run a tip-top operation and you will not need or want for anything while there. Thank you to Jason and the team, good luck and happy hunting

Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve is an awe inspiring property and a hunter"s paradise. The diversity of species makes it hard to believe that it is located in central Florida. The whitetails that I have observed are almost hard to believe. I would recommend this preserve to any hunter that wants the opportunity to hunt the whitetail buck of a lifetime. Also, the exotics on this property are to numerous to name. Every hunter needs to hunt Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve.
This place is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve never seen so many different types of beautiful animals in one area. This trip was a once in a life time opportunity I can promise you that! If you’re looking for an epic hunt this is for sure the place to go.
I have done 3 of the tower pheasant hunts and I highly recommend taking part in this experience if you are an outdoorsman. The staff is top notch and make you feel right at home. Great time Thanks to all at Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve.
My friend and I did the tower shoot (pheasants) this past Saturday! The place was beautiful, rolling hills with a pond in the middle, shooting stations were little stands with covered roofs very well organized and safe! The staff were all very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make everyone comfortable! After the shoot we returned back to the lodge where we enjoyed a delicious lunch along with a few adult beverages while the birds were being cleaned! TOP NOTCH place and we enjoyed the whole experience!

I was definitely a great time hunting experience. It was my first preserve experience. The staff was excellent, food was good, and the lodging is beautiful as is comfortable. It is really a home away from home with a fantastic setup. The quantity, sizes and beauty of animals are breathtaking and they are definitely animals that you rarely see on the wild. My Guide - Montana was a great guide. One of the best I ever had it. He has on point on instructions, advices, answering all my questions, keeping a safe environment and most important with a awesome and vibrant energy. We sat, we drove, we walked and the best of all, it was the walking thru the dense woods to hunt a Deer ... It was challenging, it just remind me of my ancestors hunters as I have seen in pictures. I would recommend taking your time and spotting the game you want and not shooting the first one you see, they grow by the minute out here. I did enjoy ....It was better than I can expect, I had a blast! Thanks for a great time Señor Montana ! I hope to see you again soon ...

Cypress Ridge is a great place to see a large selection of trophy class game. From very impressive Whitetail Deer to exotic deer like the Barasingha . Great ,friendly and professional guide service providing a great hunting experience. It’s a great place for a weekend getaway or taking the family out to enjoy a weekend in the woods. The first class lodge and amenities can accommodate even the not so outdoorsy person. My family and I are looking forward to this years hunting trip as we have for the last two.
